PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
The range of services we render are diverse and include:
Property Management:
This has to do with administration of leases of regular and specialized properties, and, installations in multi-tenanted (high-rise) buildings as well as general property maintenance inclusive marketing for letting of vacant apartments.
Land Appraisal:
Appraisal of land, buildings, plant and machinery including furniture, fixture, fittings, equipment, mortgage, insurance, compensation, rating, balance sheet, merger and acquisition bids, etc. The brief on appraisal accommodate properties in diverse use such as regular unit of accommodation in terms of Block of Flats, Detached Houses, Terrace Houses, Bungalows, Maisonnete as well as Industrial; in terms of Warehouses, Offices and Shops, Agricultural Farms etc
Real Estate Agency:
This involves letting, leasing, sales and purchase of landed properties on behalf of clients, perfecting title documents where appropriate and taking inventories of landlords’ fixtures and fittings for record purposes, perfection and management of lease agreements between landlord and tenants and negotiation of terms.
Project Development Appraisal:
This entails feasibility and viability appraisals on proposed projects with the use of computer-based method of analyses.
Sourcing:
For finance on behalf of clients through short and medium term loan from relevant institutions.
Project Management:
This includes coordinating other consultants (Architects, Quantity Surveyors, Engineers, etc) activities, construction management, defects liability period etc. towards achieving conducive housing development and maintenance.
Facilities Management:
This is an all-encompassing process involving controlling, directing, supervising buildings, services, equipment, fixtures and fittings inclusive of supplies and personnel to ensure justifiable use of resources and achievement of optimum returns.
Housing Development and Management:
This refers to provision of good housing and facilities for individual and corporate organization on realistic advisory position and conceptual and real management of same.

INDUSTRY-SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
Our industry-specific knowledge and experience came in the recent assets valuation of both the
fixed assets and inventories of Ibadan Electricity Distribution Company (IBEDC) in four states of
Oyo, Ogun, Osun and Kwara in 2015 and 2016 (see attached Appendix).
Our successful execution of the project to their utmost satisfaction is a testimonial of our competence
in handling such projects.
